Feasibility Studies offer workable and realistic evidence of a project’s viability.  This study should be viewed as a detailed initial property investigation to uncover potential problems and development constraints. The duration of the study is dependant on the size of the undertaking, the intensity of the study and the extent of additional information that may be needed.

Feasibility studies and constraint analyses include researching available public records and historic maps, meeting with appropriate public agencies, visually inspecting the site and synthesizing all pertinent information to document existing conditions  and provide an assessment of impacts based on the proposed project.

SouthArc integrates a variety of field, archival, environmental and historical resources to facilitate feasibility studies and constraint analyses.  Our services in this area can include (but are not limited to):

· Predictive Modeling

· Environmental Assessment/NEPA documentation
